We are really sorry to read your review and to hear about the negative experience you had with Rewritten. We had some issues with our last warehouse, we found that damaged dresses (customer returns/damaged in transit etc) were being re-sent out and the QC process was not as strict as it should have been. As a result we have made the big decision to move our fulfilment to another company in order to rectify problems such as this one. As you mentioned, our customer service team went our of their way to resolve your problems as soon as we were made aware, however I understand why you were upset. Once again, we apologise and we take your feedback very seriously x

Thanks so much for your feedback. We are so upset to hear that the straps on one of the dresses broke, that certainly should not have happened and can imagine how stressful this must have been on the day. I'll drop you an email directly to discuss what we can do to make it up to you and your bridesmaid. With regards to the marking of the dresses, we certainly take your feedback on board. Naturally satin fabrics are a little more delicate so can mark and pull a little easier than our crepe fabric if they come in to contact with any rough textures or surfaces. We are in the process of looking at some new fabrics for the collection that will be a close resemblance to the satin but that will have closer properties to the crepe.
