We are really sorry to read your review and to hear about the negative experience you had with Rewritten. We had some issues with our last warehouse, we found that damaged dresses (customer returns/damaged in transit etc) were being re-sent out and the QC process was not as strict as it should have been. As a result we have made the big decision to move our fulfilment to another company in order to rectify problems such as this one. As you mentioned, our customer service team went our of their way to resolve your problems as soon as we were made aware, however I understand why you were upset.
