hotel in last portion of the trip was in a overly busy and loud part of town.

It is pretty easy to access tour and booking information. Have recommended RS to others. Will use again.

Easy to search for programs by subject, location, date. Links to additional sources of information.

The programs are explained clearly. The system is user friendly.

Ease of use.

The new website is better in some ways than the older version. However, It is harder to connect with other users than it was before. It took me awhile to find where the messages were being posted.

Finding and booking the trip I wanted was quick and easy. No special tech skills needed and questions were always answered clearly and completely.

have had only good experiences with the guides, food and accommodations on the trips we've taken. we've also enjoyed the other participants.
