Website is easy to use. I knew what I was looking for, search was quick and trip had availability.

Unable to make payments on the website is a negative. It's taking too long to fix this issue.

Very confusing and difficult form to fill out. Flight information took me ten minutes to determine what info was wanted. Then I did it incorrectly.

Sometimes it's hard to find exactly what I want. I'd like a more direct way of finding a program.

I am happy with the search engine to find trips, though it sometimes brings up trips that don't have anything to do with what one is looking for. Also, it would be good to be able to have "list view"

The site is very intuitive and easy to use.
