So sorry about this. We have strict checks on our returns as a rule and can only think that somehow (because it also had a flaw in the fabric) that it came back as a used return and made its way back to our stock warehouse by mistake. We would never intentionally send out anything in this condition. I am pleased that we have managed to communicate via e-mail to get this issue resolved and a replacement will be sent for this faulty rug.
