Communication with Voyager Cruises was slow; The Cruise Line was able to explain this and understood my concerns.

The cruise itself was most pleasant, well organised with friendly staff, good food and informative about excursions which were rather costly.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm please you find the service we provide efficient and thorough. We really appreciate your continued loyalty to The Cruise Line and our partner SeaDream Yacht Club. It’s a shame that the private transfer couldn't get authorisation into the dock, due to the Grand Prix, but I'm glad that the refund was handled promptly.

Perhaps more time needed between flight connection to San Fransisco ,we were late in leaving Newcastle , flight problem ,therefore missed our connecting flight.
So an anxious start to our holiday.
