The ship itself was excellent but the staff need better training. No consideration for people travelling on their own! Some entertainment in the evening very good indeed but other times poor! Excell

Just a shame you failed to heat the pool. (Several passengers requested that the pool temperature be increased.) A false economy!

paid extra for balcony so we wouldn't be low in the water. More than half the cruise the ship was tied to another or up against a stone pier that blocked all the light and made the balconies unusable.

Overall up to Silversea standards. On the whole food was not as outstanding as before. I felt they were cutting corners. All arrangements went well.
