Happy with delivery time etc, but not sure the product has any anti-bacterial properties in at all! Looks and tastes like water

First of all we would like to strongly advise NOT TO TASTE THIS PRODUCT!! It contains 2 very powerful anti viral and anti bacterial ingredients that should not be consumed. The formulation used is highly effective and tested to EN14476 standards which prove it's high level of efficacy. Due to these chemicals it also has residual activity which means for up to 8 hours it continues to keep your hands sanitised. This is also effective against Coronaviruses which it has been tested for.

Dear Paul, we will look into this immediately as to why delivery has not been made. It looks like it has been 5 working days since it was dispatched which Royal Mail are normally much quicker but they are stretched at present with delivery due to the Coronavirus. This will be looked into immediately for you now!
