Bought in advance of use so will have to wait and see?
Unfortunately press button casing cracked in transit but managed to operate
this enough to get it working

Your order was dispatched on the first working day after your order was placed to the address you gave. It was international mail and if it has not been received yet we can only imagine it could have been lost in the postal system. We have emailed you personally to sort this order out.
