We are very sorry to hear this as we do a lot of testing and our repellent is tested and certified as giving full protection against mosquito bites. To ensure this you must apply the repellent to all areas of uncovered skin and any areas where a mosquito could get to. This would include a leg or arm where a mosquito could fly up the trouser leg / skirt or sleeve.
Like all products when using insect repellent it is vital you re-apply especially in hot countries where sweating can happen or after swimming or washing.
