Kelly brilliant, straight to the point and informative. However some of equipment not working, missing and needs updating. Enjoyed the session though and reinforced my knowledge. Thanks Kelly

Hi Gail, thank you for you feedback, trainers send stocktakes of equipment after each course and report back to head office to make sure all stock is replenished and working fully after each course. We will conduct a full review of stock/ equipment in our Birmingham venue with your trainer to ensure our policies are still being followed.

Hi there, I have checked our records and can see you contacted us on the 13th November at 2:45pm and we replied at 4:47pm on the same day.
