Difficult clicking on an iPad - unresponsive

I ordered the tickets for Aladdin online and found the website easy and clear to use.

Well I paid an extra fee to have the tickets sent to me... but the invoice said "to be picked up as agreed.... then I realized I only gave my postal code and no specific address as I was not prompted.

Quick, easy and having researched the other 'discount' websites, they really were the cheapest. Good deal!

Very easy to book but a little annoyed that I had to pick up the tickets at the box office, they couldn’t be delivered as requested and no explanation why.
