Thank you for your feedback. It is perfectly normal to find that the topsoil does not come right to the top of the bag. We intentionally use bags that stretch and sag. Bags are also ‘double-stacked’ for storage at our production site so the ‘bottom bags’ can become compressed – the height of these ‘bottom bags’ will be significantly reduced and can cause a bag to look underfilled.
