Thank you for your feedback. It is unusual for us to see leatherjackets in our turf however as they are naturally occurring and there are no chemical controls for them, they can occasionally been seen. We do have processes in place to minimise their activity, however if they are present on arrival we recommend brushing them off before laying the turf. I do apologise that delivery was not as expected. Within certain areas we use a hiab vehicle as mentioned in our delivery policy. We do try to make this as clear as possible in our communications and apologise if this was not clear.
