What a mess!!! I probably sent 10 messages until I got a response. It took about a month to get them to ship. The worst customer service, it’s asinine to think they think they will survive as business
I ordered something on November 26th for Christmas and it didn't ship until I believe Christmas eve, I won't be receiving it until tomorrow (27th). Not terribly pleased with that.
