I have checked my diary and can see that you were booked for 17th Edition last week (22/02). I am also aware that you called on 12/01 and paid your course balance of £225. I am a bit confused whether your feedback relates to you personally or whether you have booked someone else on to a course. With notice, we always move peoples courses so if you can email me at info@ableskills.co.uk with the persons name, I can investigate for you. Your booking was an on-line booking and the candidates name on the booking was yours - maybe this has caused confusion?

Yes I am a engineer so booked myself on the course I rang up and spoke to a young lady who then passed me onto a manager called Dave a few weeks ago who advised me he wouldn't move my course. This was booked via myself but with a company credit card I explained this was a company booking and he still refused. I also emailed info@ableskills on the 11th Feb but with no reply so will not be wasting my time again. Our official training provider is now being changed to TS4u
