Hi, thank you for your feedback. I am aware that you have trained with us at weekends over a long period of time and we are very happy that you were satisfied with the service provided and the pay as you train option that we provide. Thank you for taking the time to record such positive comments.

The funding that you applied for became available after you started your course so I see it as a bonus. The funding is not from Able Skills, it is from East Surrey College and we have no control over their timings or finance. I feel that to give Able Skills negative feedback on something we didn't know we were going to get and something that we have no control over is a little unfair. I will advise that the funding allocation has been settled this week and I am in the process of contacting people to get relevant bank details so that I can allocate their payments. Thank you for the wonderful feedback on Able Skills. We always do our best to be upfront and honest when people enquire about training options here. We believe in what we sell and that clearly works when someone like yourself goes through the journey and comes out of it qualified at the other end. Excellent advert I think :)
