I think that your comments relate more to the product than to service however, I have spoken to Simon (your instructor) who is quite disappointed with your comments. This is 40 days of hands on training followed by assessments which are pass or fail. As you passed the course, the feeling is that you must have learned some skills in order to have passed? Simon has taught here for around 10 years and is passionate about bricklaying and continuously delivers a very good course. You have completed the full course and been registered for NVQ so at some stage, you will need work based assessments so if you feel that you need more tuition to achieve this, please let us know and we will arrange for you to come back in. Able Skills are keen to ensure that the correct training is provided at all times and as you visited the office weekly to make payment, that would have been a perfect opportunity to air any grievances which we would have immediately rectified. I understand that you have now received certification from City and Guilds however as previously advised, if your skill level is not where you want it to be, we would be happy to offer additional training - Free of charge.
