I am sorry that you feel the service was not up to standard, however I do feel that your review is unjust as the tenancy ran very smoothly during the time you resided at the property.
Ihave reviewed the paperwork issued andam happy this was correct, the fee for an exit inventory is a standard charge across agencies in the UK.
The deposit was registered and held with the TDS and all of the correct procedures were followed.
