Poor I was enticed by the website into paying extra to have the product delivered in time for Christmas , which I believed was entirely possible. The product was not delivered until after Christmas .

As discussed via email, your order was placed at 10.57pm at night on Thursday 21st December. We need to receive the order within business hours in order to ship it that day. I am sorry you are disappointed, but I emailed you to advise that next day shipping would have to be a Saturday delivery in this instance and you would need to upgrade to receive it in time for Christmas.Your order was sent out on a standard next day service and was delivered on the next working day which was the 27th December.

After a week extra wait I can only assume from a great collaborative effort between Royal Mail and USPS I got the address book I ordered as a gift and it is no less than outstanding. I am glad that I ordered this product from this company! My girlfriend is very excited as well to have gotten it! Due to some misunderstanding and harsh words previously spoken on my part Charlotte was going to send us a new one (assuming the first got lost in transit) and to the extent of adding my girlfriends name layed with gold if I so wished on the replacement. These are very stand up people with great products and would be delighted to buy from again.
