We appreciate your review of your Eastern Europe trip. We are pleased to hear that your Trip Manager contributed positively to your overall experience with your itinerary. Please be advised that the European Regulation (EC) No 561/2006 provides a common set of rules for maximum daily and fortnightly driving times, as well as daily and weekly minimum rest periods for all drivers of road and passenger transport vehicles, subject to specified exceptions and national derogations. The aim of this set of rules is to avoid distortion of competition, improve road safety and ensure drivers' good working conditions within the European Union. Regrettably, due to the above restrictions, all our Coach Drivers are required by law to rest periodically based on the number of hours/ days they have been driving. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the perceived high cost of the Free Time Add-Ons. They are optional, and travellers can explore freely during this time. We take pride in carefully selecting hotels that provide our guests with an immersive experience, whether because of their proximity to cultural landmarks or breathtaking natural surroundings. We aim to ensure that every hotel we include offers something distinctive and unforgettable in our itinerary. We're sorry we fell short of your expectations regarding the hotel's locations.
