We understand that our coach travel between destinations may involve extended periods, and we regret if our onboard restrooms need to be adequately communicated as they are primarily for emergency use. We understand how this may have been a concern for you. Due to the distances we cover, we schedule regular comfort breaks to ensure our guests' well-being. I understand the inconvenience, but the reason for not having hot food on the couch is to comfort all travellers. The shared and confined space means that some passengers may experience motion sickness, and the smells of hot food could make the journey uncomfortable. We appreciate your understanding.
