We appreciate your feedback and apologise that your tour did not meet your expectations. We are also sorry you were unaware that the Rome to London Trail is a modular itinerary. Let us explain what we mean by modular. Some of our trips consist of sections (or modules) of more extensive itineraries to provide our travellers with more flexibility regarding when they start and how long they travel. This means there may be some overlap—for example, some members of your group may have been travelling before you joined them, and others may continue travelling after your trip has ended. We are sorry you feel the Free time Add-ons lacked lustre. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant departments. Despite being part of the larger group, we hope you have enjoyed your trip.

We carefully select all our Trip managers for their professionalism, as well as for the insights that they have into their given regions.
