Thank you for this review and good advice. However it is unfortunately the courier companies that are letting us down. We dispatch our orders immediately and advise customers of the tracking number. If the feedback form that we send out arrives before the actual order then all we can do is apologise on behalf of the courier company and maybe look at using an alternative, reliable company. We have continued to track your order. Sometimes orders can miss a scan and therefore be further along the postal system than we think. I will ensure that this order is sent to you again and I will also refund the shipping fees for the inconvenience.
