So sorry to hear that you have not received your order as yet. On the date the order was placed, the order was dispatched and a tracking number was emailed. Once we dispatch to the courier company we trust that they carry out the delivery in a timely manner. Unfortunately customs can cause delays also. Rest assured I will be looking into this for you. Hi There, So sorry on behalf of the courier company that your order was dispatched to on the day that the order was placed 13th August 2021. Sadly some courier companies encounter delays for what ever reason and sadly the company, in this case , Copper Clothing, receives the bad review. We use a selection of couriers to try and find the best roue for our customers to receive their orders as soon as possible. In this case sending from the UK to Australia we would expect slightly longer delays than sending from UK to elsewhere in Europe. As reassured we are tracking the order and if it is the case then of course we will resend the order and stay in communication with you.
