Shocking can't ever get through even when a debt is outstanding doing I cant get through to them now getting debt collection letters.

Poor service . Showed online a quote of £750 all inclusive - direct they wanted £1500!! Stay away! Had to cancel my existing insurance with them and go elsewhere

I put the wrong date on my start date by 24 hours. My policy was £580. They wanted me to cancel my old policy and then pay £1590 to change my policy by 24 hours earlier.
So I bought my car 31st it D

Was awful, do not use. They charge you like 20-40% just on a broker fee which they dont refund you, and cancel your insurance without contacting you
