I was unsure about the fitting of a trousers I was going to buy, Paul got back to me really quickly and advised me, they fit perfectly and I am delighted with them.

Unfortunately the shoes I ordered were too big, despite being my usual size 5. I returned the items and was impressed with the speed at which I received my refund. Disappointed the shoes didn’t fit
