An email was sent from our customer services department to advise you of this delay so I am very sorry if this was not received. I can confirm the remaining planter is due for delivery to you today between 12.11 and 13.11. Please accept my full apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I can see your missing items have now been delivered. I do hope you are happy with these items. With regards to the damaged planters received, we would not expect you to cover the cost of returning these. If you would like to return for replacements do contact me and I can arrange this for you. Alternatively, I am happy to offer a discount on these items if you are happy to keep them.
