There was something wrong with both items Sent to me. One was a size 18 instead of 22 and the other still had a security tag attached. This meant I had to visit a store to rectify both mistakes

Thank you for your feedback

Standard shipping is 5.95 on our website but as this is gift card we have refunded your paypal 4.95. I'm afraid at the moment we have not got the facility for online vouchers but this is something we will look to in the future.

We appreciate your feedback and we are always wanting to ensure all customers are 100% happy with the service
