I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the delay in getting the replacement material to you. We’ve been working closely with Nathan and yourself to find the best solution. After your purchase, we discovered that the stock we had on hand contained cracks at the diameter you needed.
Nathan kindly agreed to accept a larger diameter, provided the cracks were not too deep. Fortunately, they weren’t, and we’re able to move forward with this solution. The new material is being shipped out today.
Unfortunately, our UK team was on public holiday on Monday, which is where the material is shipping from; otherwise, it would have gone out sooner. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Rest assured, we are committed to providing you with high-quality material and appreciate your patience as we worked to resolve this issue.
