Drivers were on time. Good and smooth drive to Dolphin Mall. However, Gray Line can work on the maintenance of their shuttle busses (i.e. a/c didn't work and seat couldn't be put up straight)

If you don’t have seats why you still charge? They promised refund within 10 business days. It’s been more and I still did not get it. Terrible experience!
