Show up at the advertised pick up time. They didn’t show up at the mall and I had to get a cab back to south beach.

we are very sorry you were not happy with the transportation service to the Everglades, the pickup service sometimes tends to be long when we run on a full bus; we understand sometimes it's bit long as we offer pickups on a lot of different hotels for the convenience of our clients; however we do know this is something that needs improvement and we at Gray Line Miami are currently working on expediting pickups to avoid long waits on the bus.
Your feedback is extremely important to us as we strive for a better service everyday.
