Buenas tardes Sra Mazzacchera,
Lamentamos mucho que no haya recibido el servicio que reservo en la web de nuestra empresa. Le comunicamos que en la descripcion del producto y tambien el el voucher que recibio por email se explica la importancia de llamar para reconfirmar el servicio.
Hemos realizado el procesamiento de reembolso, por favor aguarde entre 4-5 dias habiles para que se refleje en su cuenta de tarjeta de credito.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review.
We understand you had an open ticket and did not select the location for pickup, the shuttle runs on a schedule starting at 10 am just like it is described on our website.
We are very sorry you had to wait a long time to get on the shuttle, I have forwarded this comment to the person in charge of the drivers to make sure all stops are honored and the bus fully stops at each location.

Good service, no time, fast response. The stopping on each hotel was unnecessary though, since no one was waiting for the shuttle. Also, would vê nice if there este more options for the return trip
