Horrível, fiquei 1 hora além do horário informado no ponto de ônibus e não apareceu nenhum da empresa. Perdi um tempo precioso e tive que gastar mais dólares com outra companhia de ônibus.

On the way there, we waited in the bus over one hour without any explanation. Very unpleasant driver. Trip to the Dolphin Mall took 1h50min instead of 30min!!! And our time at the mall became shorter.

Estuve esperando 1 hora y nunca llego, y tuve que pagar un taxi. Servicio horrible, es una estafa. Pregunte en el aeropuerto y me dijeron que nunca cumple.

Sentimos mucho que no haya podido tomar el bus al Dolphin Mall. El bus pasa por esa parada regularmente todos los dias. De cualquier forma hemos procesado hoy el reembolso a su tarjeta de credito el cual tardara aproximadamente 4-5 dias bancarios
