Wasn’t informed of a changed pickup location. Wasn’t told it was on another company bus. Most agents I spoke to on the phone were not helpful or knowledgable.

I was not able to print off my voucher, and the people at the kiosk also had a difficulty even when I had all my confirmation numbers and reference number.

Super puntuales para buscarnos en el hotel. A la vuelta tardamos muchísimo en migraciones y cuando salimos, como 2 horas después de desembarcar, el shuttle estaba ahí esperándonos. Un lujo.

O ônibus não apareceu no horário estipulado. Graças a Deus consegui pegar o Orange Line. Foi um fiasco. Gastei dinheiro à toa.
