The service provided by the guide was good. However the whole experience don’t make no sense . You could go swim in miami or south beach and have a better time. Fury company is rip off.

I missed the bus from the hotel to the Dolphin mall. Then, I sent an email asking how to get it back later in the shopping and I didn't get any response.
