We're sorry to hear you're dissapointed with your machine, the IZY range is designed to be an affordable range of machines which means that they may not feel as sturdy as a larger machine. With regards to your starting issues, we would have been more than happy to swap the machine for you so you had a machine you were happy with. Unfortunately you did not contact us so we weren't able to help you. I hope this has not soured your view of the excellent Honda brand and we can hope to deal with you again.
