I can see you've contacted our Helpdesk about crediting timescales however I cant see any complaints raised about this. Hi, thanks for your review, and I'm sorry you feel this way. I'm pleased to hear when calling the Helpdesk the advisor was helpful. For future reference, when calling us on 0345 761 6263 you can use option 1, option 4 and then option 6 and this will redirect you through to our Customer Service Helpdesk.
