Still no reply yet I have received another invoice today, how can that be right when WorldPay had notice to close the account back in July & took a payment in August.
I called weekly to resolve this almost 2 months ago & it needs resolving. Could you ask again please, I tried phoning but the queues are ridiculous & I cant keep paying for a call to just hang on & hang on.

Out of all the companies I have worked with BT & WorldPay have the worst, customer unfriendly business processes when it comes to closing an account, we didn’t even choose WorldPay - we had the account iniated to us by 123Send, the terminal supplier. As we had no choice then 123Send really should have cut the account off when we ended our contract with them but of course they leave it to us to sort.
We are well beyond the 30 day notice period now, please could you send this to a senior manager, someone who has the authority to sort it out.
