Hi Gary we are very sorry you feel this hasn't worked for you, the bottles do come with full instructions and state they are not to be used on suede, nubuck or absorbent materials, Natuzzi Natural is an aniline leather and therefor absorbent, you should have purchased the specific aniline leather cleaner for your sofas.
It also states to test in a small hidden area first, the protection cream is perfectly fine for this type of leather and is used by our franchisees worldwide daily for aniline leather with no issues what so ever.
