Thanks so much for your review. Just to explain a little about our delivery times - our advertised delivery time from order is 3-5 working days. For our standard £3.50 delivery, we do not give a more defined delivery estimate prior to order, so it is only at the point of dispatch that we provide further info, but these dates are merely an estimate. The following wording is used:
"The estimated delivery date for this order is between 10/11/2016 and 11/11/2016. Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific time or date for delivery."
This is not a guaranteed service, so delivery can be any time in 3-5 working days, however we provide an estimate couple of days, to give you a better idea of when to expect it, based on our experience of how long items take to arrive. Your order was placed on Sunday 6th, and arrived on Wednesday 9th, which is 3 working days from order.
On dispatch you should always receive an email directly from the courier with tracking information, however this can sometimes end up in your junk mail folder. Please rest assured however, had you not been in on the first delivery attempt, the courier would attempt delivery a further 2 times, usually on consecutive days.
