Hi Gerard, We're sorry to hear of your experience with a new policy. Changing the address and adding a nominee can now be done on the My Petplan account. Unfortunately, if the policy was suspended that would not allow you to create a My Petplan account until the policy is made active. Excellent service. Choice of plans to meet your needs. They don't force you into a higher plan which you can't afford. If speaking to them they are polite, courteous like talking to a family member.
