So sorry to hear the issue you had with DX, our courier. We are aware of issues with DX and evaluating other couriers at the moment but this will be our 4th courier in just over 2 years including DPD. Each with their own issues.
Please give us a call or drop us an email if you need any more equipment, we have a few customers that we book particular couriers for who have had problems with DX in their area.
