Following comment on review, called directly as no email had been received and service was then superb, resending email that hadn’t been received and calling back with advise on the replacement storage bag.

Took too long to be delivered, wasn’t happy that I paid straight away but the product took 12 weeks to be delivered. Maybe a deposit should be paid until a week before delivery.
