I received my item damaged and reported it over a week ago. Paid in full up front. Contacted Qubox twice, very polite and concerned but no action yet. I fully understand that Qubox did not manufacture

Very good, delivery came in two parts but a telephone call to Qubox confirmed all was in hand and delivery was as told. Nice to speak to a real person on customer service without any wait.

Arrived a week later than told and box damaged and re taped by TNT. Parts were missing. Replacement parts arrived. Product looks ok and is very heavy. Note it is painted grey granite not black granit
