Sorry to hear that you were not happy with our service, for this we sincerely apologise. However, your order was affected by stock arrival through the port which is beyond our control. We therefore upgraded your order with a next day courier so that you received your order quicker. We certainly do not lie on our website and you accepted our terms and conditions that state your pre-order could possibly be disrupted due to current global shipping issues.
