Dear Gianpiero. We are sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. After investigating your issue we can see that your order was despatched the following day with DHL for which you were notified and with a tracking no. We have checked the tracking and can see that your parcel is in a DHL depot and we trying to resolve this our side. For our response time, we state on our website to allow 24-48 hrs for us to respond. Our support team will be in touch.
