I am very sorry that you have had a problem with a delivery from us.  We use reputable carriers for all of our deliveries, chosen because they offer a reliable service, which we monitor on a monthly basis.  That said, occasionally they do not live up to our expectations, as in your case, for which we sincerely apologise, and hope that the solution offered to you is acceptable.
