I did e-mail you about this matter as we would have sent you a prepaid label for the incorrectly sized item to come back - instead we did refund you the carriage cost of return. It doesn't happen often but unfortunately one of the two items had been mislabelled at the factory - hence the different fit. We did dispatch/deliver your goods in less than the stipulated time so a bit disappointed to have got 1* for our service.
