Thank you very much for your positive feedback. Unfortunately exchange rates fluctuate, and the rate at the time of taking a policy out is often different to that applying at the time of settlement.

Thanks for clarifying. I don't know how to solve this problem. Maybe if the luthier's appraisal will be given in dollars and deposited in dollars, then there should be no problem of exchange.

Thank you. I surely hope there will be no more claims in the future, but it will be uplifting to find a way to overcome the problems with the exchange, so that the budget approved gets reimbursed in full. I am sure that it is possible, and thanks for being aware to this.
