I've checked through our email history and cannot find your email so we must have had an issue receiving it correctly. I can only apologize. We've now sent an RMA number to the email account you provided on your order. The email contains full details of how to return the shade sail to us for a full credit to your account. I sincerely apologize for any disappointment or inconvenience you may have experienced. If there was a particular issue with the shade sail which caused you to want to return it, perhaps we can provide an alternate solution for you.
